Call for Local Artwork

Awus Art Gallery is seeking expressions of interest from local artists to exhibit their art to the community and visitors, offering opportunities for greater exposure and sales.

Since a soft opening in December last year, the gallery has become a hub for art enthusiasts and visitors alike. Its location in the Visitor Information Centre (open daily) ensures high visibility and interest, offering artists an excellent platform to display their work.

We are looking to collaborate with local artists to share their talents and creative vision.

All mediums are welcome, although we are particularly interested in original and captivating works that reflect or are inspired by Norfolk Island’s unique culture, landscapes and community. Our current collection primarily features locally created prints and posters.

Artworks will be displayed prominently and made available for sale, providing artists with an exhibition space and potential income.
