Norf’k Ailenders their lawful and legal government

In 1856 the Pitcairn Settlers (ouwas ancestors) came to Norf’k Ailen with their CONSTITUTION, laws, Chief Magistrate and 2 Councillors continuing the legal and lawful government of Pitcairn Island, implementing it here on Norf’k Ailen also. This government is the last legal government that ouwas ancestors had input into, with everything else imposed from 1857, undemocratically ie ultra vires (beyond the powers).

Official Australian and British government documents provide evidence of the truth - our government in 1856 was never changed, it remains Norf’k Ailen’s government today.

Evidence shows Norf’k Ailen was never part of the State of New South Wales and never given to the Commonwealth of Australia. The British abandoned Norf’k Ailen and gave it to the Pitcairn Settlers. The Australian government has no authority under law, including international law to have any say in Norf’k Ailen and control over Norf’k Ailenders.

This proposed advisory committee is disrespectful and a joke. Why does the Australian Government think it is alright for Norf’k Ailenders to “advise” and not make decisions? History has shown the Australian Government all but dismisses comments/suggestions from Norf’k Ailenders.

Norf’k Ailen is not part of the Commonwealth of Australia and never can be, so how can they declare lawfully and legally that Norf’k Ailen, its land, air and seas are part of the Commonwealth of Australia? -
