Porpay Jelly (Guava Jam)

On Norfolk Island we call Guava 'Porpay' . Lots of Norfolkers make guava jelly when it is porpay season and it is a staple in every house on Norfolk island. We eat it on toast, with chicken or with cheese and any other foods we can get around using it with as  it tastes yummy.
