Our Salt's are harvested from the pure waters of Norfolk Island and is evaporation in our home made hot house via the Sun and wind. Once dry we add Fresh Norfolk Island Bush Lemon zest and juice. Our Lemon salt is amazing on Fish or sprinkled in your salad or on your roasted vegetables
